I have led operations in large resort complexes for renowned hotel chains such as Riu Hotels, Bahía-Príncipe, Sandos Hotels, and Senator Hotels & Resorts, holding roles ranging from general manager to Vice President of Operations for the Americas.
Throughout my career, I’ve managed organizations with over 3,000 employees, led hotel openings, negotiated strategic contracts, and optimized financial and operational processes. In recent years, I’ve complemented my executive background with a strong foundation in technology, earning a degree in Computer Systems Engineering and a Master’s in Software Engineering. This allows me to bring a modern, innovative perspective to hotel operations and management.
